Internet Archive is pretty amazing considering it is staffed by volunteers trying to do a task that rates close to impossible. When things don't work, such as search, I just sigh and realize someone has been tasked with tweaking the whirlwind. That might take a day or a month but eventually things settle down.
Good work geek-persons. It's worth doing.
(That from someone who spent years hauling gear to transmitter sights on mountains with awful roads and no running water or the fixtures that go with same.)

After reading this, I'd like to place a comment. I didn't know the staff was one of volunteers. So if you see what does work right and what (sometimes) doesn't at this unique website, they deserve to be treated with more patience and gratitude. Isn't this a great thought, shortly before christmas? So, to all of you, the staff and users, have a great time in what ever you're donig this time of year and a happy and creative 2008!
